Description
A hydrostatic level transmitter is a device used to continuously measure the level of liquid in tanks, vessels, and water-storage systems based on hydrostatic pressure. It provides a standard 4–20 mA output signal proportional to the liquid level, making it suitable for connection to PLCs, control panels, DCS, and other monitoring systems. It is commonly used for measuring water, wastewater, and other compatible liquids and is available in different measuring ranges according to the tank depth and application requirements.
